Bespoke: Training can be delivered through Zoom or Teams. Alternatively it can be delivered on your own premises in person. Please get in touch for more details and to arrange a date/time to suit.

Individuals: I also offer training for individuals. This can be booked through this website or alternatively you can book a place via the Makaton Charities website at www.makaton.org.uk (just search for Jayne Ward under the tutor section).

Testimonial's: are available on request. I deliver training to small and large organisations, no matter who you are I will give you a prompt and professional service.
Cancellation policy: I have a very flexible cancellation policy and will work with you to find a date that fits. If this has to be changed I will not charge you. If you have to cancel all together and you are able to give me a weeks notice I will not charge you.
